Pure Artists is proud and excited to be sponsoring ‘Event Buyers Live’ at Heythrop Park from 20th to 21st of February 2019. It presents a fantastic opportunity for some of our artists to showcase their talents in front of the leading event organising companies in the UK.
Why attend a networking event? There is much debate about the benefits of attending such an event and the industry advice is a) to be selective and b) to present yourself as the expert in your field. This is why we are delighted to be contributing to Event Buyers Live 2019. We are the experts in our field and, as the event is only open to 100 participants, we think this is the choice event of the year.
Pure Artists is the exclusive arm of DG Music, which was founded by musician, teacher, and promoter David Graham in 2004 and since then has rapidly grown to become a leading UK music agency booking over 1000 events each year.
With over 15 years in the music business and hundreds of happy customers, we’re proud of our friendly and professional service and can’t wait to share what we have to offer with other discerning businesses.
Says David: “We are committed to providing the highest level of musicianship at all times and we actively encourage the production of live music in both the public and private sectors. Pure Artists is an exclusive range of musicians of the highest standard – vetted and managed only by us.”
Networking can be daunting and as music really does sooth the soul, our very own Eleanor Turner – one of the best harpists of her generation – will play during the reception.
Eleanor won Second Prize in the 2011 Gaudeamus Interpreters Competition for contemporary music and in 2007 won the European Harp Competition.
And let’s be honest, one of the highlights of any conference is the evening’s activities and what better to relax than with an after dinner performance from the sensational Houndogs – the UK’s best Rockabilly band…
Having performed together for over 15 years, this band is at the top of its game delivering not only breathtaking performances, but an enthralling show to boot.
Neil Fagg, event director, commented: “We are delighted to be working with Pure Artists and to be back at the stunning Heythrop Park. The park offers the perfect backdrop for this prestigious event as it benefits from large facilities that work well with our evolving plans. Eleanor Turner and The Houndogs will be the perfect addition to the conference proceedings.” Both acts are delighted to be in attendance and for the opportunity to play at this incredible venue and would like to thank Sparq, event partner and production specialist, for providing the sound technology.
Keynote speakers include Iain Duncan Smith, Conservative MP for Chingford and Woodford Green, and Jason Fox, star of Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins. Piers Linney, entrepreneur and a former “Dragon” on BBC2’s Dragons’ Den, will also deliver a session on business, entrepreneurship and investment.
Fagg concluded: “It’s incredibly important that we create an event and environment that promotes these unique businesses and is of immense value. Having Pure Artists on board will help deliver a stand out event experience for all.”
